The End of the Year Block Party is today, April 24 from 5-8 p.m. in the Middle Hall parking lot and the Ratrie lawn. Come enjoy hotdogs, hamburgers, snacks, desserts, and drinks while listening to a live DJ and compete in volleyball, corn-hole, jousting, and bull riding.



Too much stuff? Donate your extra shoes, clothes, and furnishings to ENACTUS for an End of the Year Sale. Proceeds will be used to assist with campus green initiatives. Unsold items will be donated to Goodwill. Please bring donations to the lobby of your residence hall today, April 24 from 4-5 p.m. or 8-10 p.m. The sale is from 9 a.m. – 1 p.m. on Saturday, May 26.


senior design exhibitUC’s Interior Design program seniors have hung their final exhibits. Stop by the Interior Design department on the third floor of Riggleman Hall before to view their accomplishments.



All students who are not graduating seniors must check out of their residence hall within 24 hours of their last final or by Saturday, May 3 at noon, whichever occurs first. Students who do not leave their residence halls before noon on May 3 will be charged a $100 late fee.

Graduating seniors must be checked out by Monday, May 5 at noon.

East Apartment residents must be officially checked out by May 31 unless they are re-signing a lease for the summer months.

CommencementCommencement takes place Sunday, May 4 at 2 p.m. on the River Front, weather permitting. All seniors need to have their gowns picked up from the UC Bookstore ASAP.



UC’s students and employees teamed up to wear jeans and raise awareness of sexual violence and how to prevent it yesterday for national Denim Day. Over a hundred students and employees donated a total of $372 to the Sexual Violence Prevention and Education Campaign.

Women’s track will head to Glenville State to begin the first weekend of the MEC Championship with the Heptathlon.

Lakatos Pitching

The baseball team is homevs Wesleyan College. The first game starts at 1 p.m. and a second game will follow. There will be a tailgate starting at 11:30 p.m. Come watch some great baseball and enjoy some free food. The first 100 students will receive a free t-shirt or towel.

Browning vs. State

The softball team has a double header at home vs UVa Wise. The first game begins at 2 p.m.

Softball has a second double header at home vs Concord University beginning at 1 p.m. Come out and support our softball seniors for their Senior Day.
